The accounting services we provide are varied and extensive, ranging from preparing accounting records from clients original documentation, through to audit engagements. For example, in some cases, we prepare monthly financial statements for clients from original documents with comparison to company budgets for reporting purposes. In other cases, where clients employ full time competent accounting personnel, we would refer to the client produced accounting information for analysis, in order to compile either unaudited, or audited year end financial statements and corporate income tax returns.

We also offer many kinds of consulting services such as business valuations, tax planning, corporate organizational structuring, and management systems, to name a few. We normally compile personal income taxes for the owners of our corporate clients and in many cases other individuals with more complex returns. We have broad experience in dealing with Revenue Canada at many levels in representing client matters, including Scientific Research and Experimental Development Tax Credit claims, and consider that we have a very successful track record in all such endeavours.

Inc., a consulting company specializing exclusively in the field of Mergers & Acquisitions. This experience focuses on skills in the fields of negotiating, assessing company values, and developing cash flows in order to test the viability of purchase transactions.
